At The Praying Manus Canine Wellness, your satisfaction and your dog’s well-being are our top priorities. We take great pride in the quality of care we provide and are committed to ensuring every session is delivered with professionalism, compassion, and attention to your dog’s unique needs.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. That said, we understand that life happens, and we're always happy to work with you to find a reasonable solution if any concerns arise. Whether that means rescheduling a session, adjusting future treatments, or simply having a conversation — we’re here to help and listen.

To date, we’ve never had a complaint, and we strive to keep it that way through clear communication, respectful care, and a shared goal of supporting your dog’s wellness.

            Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens — we’re happy to accommodate schedule changes when possible. To keep things running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, a non-refundable $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With timely notice, we’re happy to rebook your session and apply your deposit to the new appointment.

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if the appointment is missed entirely, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

We kindly ask that appointments begin on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment sessions out of respect for the next client’s scheduled time.
