Service Description
This first session includes a comprehensive review of your dog’s health history, a gait and physical assessment, and an introduction to therapeutic canine massage. Each consultation is tailored to support your dog’s unique needs—blending evidence-based care with a whole-body wellness approach to promote comfort, mobility, and balance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re always happy to work with you when possible. However, to ensure fairness and allow other clients the opportunity to book, we kindly ask that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the $25 deposit. No-shows or missed appointments without notice are not eligible for a refund. Thank you for respecting this policy—it helps us provide the best care and flexibility for all the animals we serve.
